Latest core updates: ProcessWire 3.0.254
This week we've got a new ProcessWire version available via the dev branch at GitHub, 3.0.254. Ryan talks about this version, as well as his other ongoing projects and near future plans, in his latest weekly update at the ProcessWire support forum.
Relative to 3.0.253 this version contains 14 commits with around 10 bug fixes and 5 feature additions. The biggest addition is Markup File Regions, which I’ve used literally every day since adding the feature two weeks ago.
— Ryan
Many of the updates in 3.0.254 have already been covered in our previous weekly issues, but here's what's new since last week specifically:
- A fix for issue #2157, where PageRender::renderPage() hook event properties had changed due to PageRender class updates made in 3.0.253, resulting in a breaking change.
- A fix for issue #2162, where checkbox inputs in intermediate state didn't render correctly when using the Konkat admin theme style. This update also adds proper focus styles for checked checkboxes.
- A fix for issue #2165, where the Pages Export/Import core module was lacking proper support file/image custom fields.
- A fix for issue #2166, where creating new Repeater pages can fail in specific conditions due to a race condition, where two requests attempt to create the same Repeater item.
- A fix for issue #2168, where Checkboxes Inputfield didn't have proper spacing between individual items when using the Konkat admin theme style.
This version also includes some PHP 8.5 compatibility updates. Just as we've done with previous PHP versions, issues affecting PHP 8.5 are being tracked in single shared issue, #2140.
That's all for our core updates section this week. For more details be sure to check out the weekly update from Ryan at the support forum, and keep on reading for other news and updates!
New module: Stripe Payment Links Admin
Stripe Payment Links Admin is yet another add-on for the Stripe Payment Links module, created by the team at frameless Media. As the modules directory entry for the module explains, it provides an extensive admin interface for viewing and analyzing customer purchases from Stripe Payment Links.
The module provides three primary views:
- Purchases: transaction history with customer and payment details
- Products: aggregated product performance and revenue metrics
- Customers: customer lifetime value and purchase behavior analysis
Each view has configurable columns and filters, search and filtering feature, interactive modals for viewing more detailed information, automatic calculated totals, and a CSV export feature. Combined, they provide a proper bird's-eye view of your entire store.

If you'd like to give this module a try, you can clone or download it from the Stripe Payment Links Admin GitHub repository, or install it via the built-in modules manager in the ProcessWire admin. For support requests or questions for the module author, visit the Stripe Payment Links Admin support forum thread.
Big thanks to frameless Media for creating and sharing with the community another very interesting and useful module!
Site of the week: Sundance Mountain Resort
Our latest site of the week is that of Sundance Mountain Resort, which is a Michelin-rated rustic luxury lodging and ski resort located under an hour away from Salt Lake and Park City, northeast of Provo, Utah.
Nestled beneath a mountain cirque under an hour from Salt Lake and Park City, Sundance Resort is far enough to get away, and close enough to reach.
The Sundance Mountain Resort website is absolutely gorgeous, and filled to the brim with amazing photographs from the location. There's also a whole lot of quality content and useful information for anyone interested in learning more about the location, or already planning their next visit. This site is visually striking, has a very intuitive user interface, and feels fast and responsive — we've got absolutely nothing to complain about here.
As for some behind the scenes details, the front-end of this site appears to be largely custom-built, or at least there are no signs of any familiar front-end framework. Some third party dependencies include Flickity slider library and CookieYes consent management solution, and on the ProcessWire side at least one familiar non-core module: the all-in-one caching and minification utility ProCache.
Our congratulations to Sundance Mountain Resort for their new, ProcessWire powered website — this is one amazing project, and we're very happy to have it featured in our sites directory, as well as our latest site of the week!
